EMORY DANCE COMPANY CONCERT, SPRING 2010“I Prefer to Call It a Nudge”
Every spring, Emory Dance Company offers a concert of fresh undergraduate choreography, and this year promises to bring yet another impressive program. This April, nine student choreographers will present work in “I Prefer to Call It a Nudge,” the Emory Dance Company spring 2010 concert running April 22-24. The works on the program present a series of contrasts between Chinese, Indian and Western cultures; dance and karate movement; personal and communal focuses; and audience and creator.
The performance will be held in the Dance Studio of Emory University’s Schwartz Center for Performing Arts, 1700 N. Decatur Rd., Atlanta, GA 30322. For more info, visit Emory University.
