Jane Robbins Kerr is from Jackson, Mississippi but has spent most of her adult life in Atlanta, Georgia. After retiring from a real estate career, she traveled the world photographing people and places. During that period, she spent a lot of time in Santa Fe, New Mexico photographing the landscape of northern New Mexico. She is a writer, a painter, and a storyteller and now tries to tell her story with her camera. For the past two years she has photographed extensively in
Mississippi and the rural South capturing what is, before it becomes what it was.
